Being at Odds
i was at odds with the world today
and it was at odds with me
it didn’t go where i wanted it to
nor was i where i wanted to be
i’m going to call it an early night
to try and break the spell
out of sorts i can hardly think
please let tonight go well
so tomorrow we’re back in synch
